What is the course about?
Food & Nutrition is the study of food in the context of food science, nutrition and food technologies, considering overarching concepts of waste management, sustainability and food protection.

What will students learn?
  • In studying Food & Nutrition, students will learn about:
  • food science of vitamins, minerals and protein
  • food drivers and emerging trends
  • food science of carbohydrate and fat
  • food solution development for nutrition consumer markets.

What skills will I learn through Food and Nutrition?
